Job Description
Whiskdom Pte Ltd is seeking a Bakery R&D Specialist to innovate and enhance our product offerings. The successful candidate will develop new baked goods, optimize existing recipes, and ensure quality consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative baked goods, including seasonal items.
- Refine recipes for commercial scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and enhance ingredient quality.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in bakery R&D.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques.
