Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain reception area tidiness and ensure necessary materials are available.
- Ensure the office security by controlling access and following safety procedures.
- Update staff phone lists and calendars, and schedule meetings.
- Assist in office administration and facilities management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
