Job Description
A Bank Teller is responsible for assisting customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks. They provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products.
Key responsibilities include handling cash accurately, balancing cash drawers, and adhering to security procedures. Attention to detail and strong math skills are essential for this role. Additionally, Bank Tellers may assist with opening or closing procedures, as well as promoting financial services.
Previous cash handling experience and knowledge of banking products are preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required for this role.
