Job Description
Key Responsibilities: The Banquet Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and directing of banquet operations at Serangoon Gardens Country Club. Duties include managing banquet room setups, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, presenting menus, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage banquet room setups as per client orders.
- Oversee smooth banquet operations.
- Liaise with kitchen staff during events.
- Maintain buffet counters and setups.
- Present menus and recommend items.
- Take and place food & beverage orders.
- Ensure prompt service.
- Orientate part-time staff.
- Handle guest relations and complaints.
Job Requirement:
· 2 years of relevant experience
· Self-driven and independent
· Good communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,00.00 – $3,800.00 per month
