Job Description
HUP SAN LAUNDRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Beverage Director to oversee and enhance our beverage programs. The successful candidate will develop innovative beverage menus, lead the beverage team, manage inventory and supplier relationships, ensure health and safety compliance, and monitor industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in F&B
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations and mixology trends
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
