Job Description
- Prepare, generate and verify tax invoices
- Collect all information needed for tax invoices
- Process debit and credit notes
- Issue invoices and send to customers through various channels
- Manage billing portfolio for accuracy
- Maintain organized financial records
- Handle customer billing inquiries and reconciliation
- Work with accounts/departments on billing disputes
- Report on billing activities to department head
- Perform other duties as assigned
