Job Description
· Invoice customers based on the tariff in Account Profile
· Generate and post invoices to customers
· Prepare monthly summary reports for customers
· Address rate and charge disputes with internal and external customers
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly
· Ensure timely receipt of jobs and billing processes
· Perform general administrative duties
· Provide guidance to Billing Assistants and junior staff
