Job Description
Working location: Changi
Salary: $1,800 – $2,00
Working days/time: Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm), Alt Saturday (9am – 1pm)
Responsibilities:
- Issue, print, match, and detach daily customer invoices
- Prepare weekly and monthly invoice summary reports
- Scan and email daily invoices to customers
- Sort, arrange, and pack monthly invoices into carton boxes
- Mail, email, and courier invoices to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level certification
- Minimum 3 years in relevant field
- Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good work attitude and a willingness to learn
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
