Job Description

We are actively seeking talented BIM Modellers with hands-on experience in Singapore-based projects to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop accurate BIM models adhering to Singapore’s building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop discipline-specific models in Architecture, Structure, MEP, or Electrical.
• Participate in model review and clash detection.
• Produce construction documentation and schedules.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant fields.
• 2–5 years of BIM Modelling experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.

Salary: $2,00.00 – $3,500.00 per month.
