Job Description
BUZZHOUR is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records and transactions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recording Transactions: Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, and transactions in accounting software.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements with internal records.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Track invoices, prepare and send invoices to clients, and follow up on overdue payments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
Experience: 2 years of bookkeeping preferred.
Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 02/12/2024
Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee.
