Job Description
YOURS BAKERY is seeking an experienced Bread & Cake Maker to lead our kitchen operations and service staff. The ideal candidate should have a passion for training and mentoring team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery shop or kitchen.
- Passionate about baking with creative ideas and a proactive team player.
- Ensure consistent quality in food served at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries.
- Create and introduce new products.
- Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients.
- Compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
