Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a Building Executive/Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of an industrial property, including managing tenants, personnel, and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and overseeing maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in building management or related field
- Knowledge of safety and building codes
- Experience managing tenants, personnel, and contractors
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess basic bookkeeping, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision, and perform under pressure
- Class 3/3A driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,00.00 – $4,00.00 per month
Educational Requirement:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Building management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Class 3A Driving Licence (Preferred)
