Job Description
Summary Benefit:
- Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Bonus
- Location: Central CBD Area

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of M&E systems
- Handling ACMV & HCAV
- Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Deal with vendors on the repair works
- Assist to source vendors
- Prepare monthly maintenance report
