Job Description

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Inspector to conduct inspections of client properties, including returned properties, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring for non-compliance such as:

• Unapproved Building Works and Additions/Alterations
• Fire Safety Measures
• Illegal activities (e.g., illegal dumping, gambling)
• Unapproved Worker’s Dormitory and storage of hazardous materials
• Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping

Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, across various locations island-wide.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Certificate, with at least 1 year of experience. Position Level: Executive. Salary: $3,400 – $3,700/month. Number of vacancies: 2.
