Job Description
- Conduct daily checks on essential equipment to ensure satisfactory operation.
- Inspect with M & E term contractors to maintain services as per Management standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.
- Perform housekeeping in facilities areas.
- General maintenance of building facilities.
- Check and replace defective common area lightings.
