Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support admin activities requiring coordination across multiple teams (mainly Finance, operations, partner, and engineer team) in the organization.
- Data collection for internal ticketing system.
- Support and follow up for Japan clients and partners invoices, purchase orders if there are billing or pricing issues.
- Vendor forms / documentation.
- Downloading report for internal team.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Japanese and English, as this candidate will liaise with Japan stakeholders.
- Prior experience with JIRA, G-suite is a plus.
- 1+ years of work experience in administrative role is a plus.
- With IT industry background is a plus.
