Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Q & M ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods. You will also be responsible for researching the latest business industry trends, creating new opportunities to expand our business.
In collaboration with the sales team, you will ensure that sales goals and profit targets are met. This includes training and mentoring junior salespeople to improve sales performance and meet expectations. A strong understanding of our company products, as well as our business position and competition, is necessary to keep our business competitive.
You will oversee day-to-day sales operations, monitoring and forecasting market trends to better understand the market. Continually assessing our marketing techniques and their effectiveness in driving sales will also be part of your role. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will creatively reach more potential customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
