Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
- Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
- Strong understanding of company products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
- Assess continually our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
- Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
- Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Sales commission is applicable on sales target met
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,00.00 – $8,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
