Job Description
Our client is one of the leading players in the Retail Consumer Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Solutions Manager to join their Credit and Services Team, with the aim of developing the current high-performing team. They are located in Changi, which is easily accessible.
Duties of Business Solutions Manager:
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy.
- Define target customer segments and value propositions for credit and services products.
- Define product requirements, features, and user experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and continuous enhancements.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with retail hours and working on weekends occasionally.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in credit solutions.
