Job Description
5 days/ 5.5 days, morning/ night shift, depends on project
Salary range from $200 – $2500
Contract role, convertible/ renewable
With or without experience, on job training will be provided
NO PRODUCT SELLING/ SALES
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from customers with inquiries, complaints or service requests.
- Provide information about the products or services
- Identify and resolve customers’ issues
Job Requirements
- No experience is needed as training will be provided
- Able to perform basic data entry (Microsoft Office)
- Singaporean only
