Job Description
Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of our clients from the Major Banks, Major Telcos and Commercial Clients.
Arrange payment and follow-up on the over-due account.
Update and maintain the credit collection system.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
