Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering enquiries through general hotline calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Daily work order processing of repair and maintenance appointments, creation of quotations and DOs for internal and external customers.
- Proposing chargeable maintenance work to end users, e.g. general servicing, steam cleaning, etc.
- Checking stock and reserving spare parts for technicians to bring along during appointments.
- Follow-up of work orders and updating records in the system until the job is closed.
- Providing administrative support, filing, and scanning.
- Updating Accounts Receivables.
- Handling any other work assigned by the Supervisor.
