Job Description
Company: ELEC-PRO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from customers regarding system faults.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to resolve fault reports.
- Ensure all reported faults are recorded and resolved within service benchmarks.
- Maintain Call Centre equipment and inventory.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in IT or Engineering.
- ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with IT knowledge or customer service experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
