  • Conduct training for new staff on product knowledge.
  • Perform quality audits on customer transactions.
  • Align and improvise on internal quality standards.
  • Design quality processes for service excellence.
  • Analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance service quality through industry standards.
  • Administer Customer Feedback procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in customer service or call centre.
  • ACTA/ACLP certification is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance or similar roles.
