Job Description
CareNights provides night care to children aged 5-14 years old, in order to support low-income families. We currently have job openings for CareNights Facilitators. Join our team and make a difference!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise children enrolled in the CareNights program on weekday evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of learning activities and programs.
- Deliver Morning Star’s values curriculum.
- Coach and mentor children using positive discipline methods.
- Manage volunteers.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- At least ‘A’ Level / Diploma holder.
- Childcare/student care experience is an advantage.
- Possess a sense of responsibility towards the care of our clients and the organization.
- Able to engage children from disadvantaged family backgrounds.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
