Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team at Oriental Employment Pte. Ltd. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters and ensuring the successful completion of furniture and renovation projects.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of local carpentry skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a furniture/renovation Carpenter Supervisor
- Able to independently perform site measurements
- Proficient with wood working machinery such as routers, planers, sanding machines, edge bending, and post forming machines
- Ability to train new carpenters and effectively communicate with the team
- Skilled in wood-working hand drawing
- Able to work in outdoor environments, even in harsh weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime to ensure project deadlines are met
- Ability to follow the supervisor’s instructions on-site
- Flexible to work night shifts, split shifts, and on weekends if required
