Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES BY MERCER PTE. LTD. as a Case Manager. Your responsibilities will include assisting the sales team, supporting documentation with insurers, and managing client reimbursements. You will also handle customer inquiries and participate in training programs.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 3-4 years of experience in banking or insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
