Job Description
A CCS Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries or issues related to the company’s products or services. They are the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, billing issues, and technical support.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the cause of the problem and finding appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
