Job Description
(1) Appointment and removal of managers;
(2) Execute the resolutions of the Board of Directors;
(3) To preside over the daily business activities of the Company;
(4) Authorized by the Board of Directors to enter into contracts or handle business externally;
(5) The CEO leads the Company’s staff to fulfill their corresponding job duties, including: general manager, deputy general manager, managers of various departments, chief accountant, chief engineer, etc.
