We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef/Baker to join our team at Gusta Sourdough Pizza Co. As a Chef/Baker at the CDP/Sous-Chef level, you will be responsible for creating and executing culinary masterpieces that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, both savory and sweet, according to recipes and established standards.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of all food items.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably at the CDP/Sous-Chef level.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking principles.
