Job Description
- Oversee and manage precious metal recovery operation and wet chemical operations, ensuring optimal performance of process operation.
- Provide technical assistance and support technical manager and R&D team to develop precious metal recovery solutions and provide technical advice for sales department.
- Identify and resolve technical issues. Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs, ensuring the optimum operation efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and overseeing technical projects. Ensure the projects are completed on time within budget.
- Manage budget and expenses related to technical operations, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
