Job Description
Perform research in laboratory to explore new opportunities for treatment and recovery.
Research and propose cost-effective treatment/recovery method to management.
Establish and expand the process and analytical capabilities in the laboratory.
Keep updated on new technologies for waste treatment/management through collaboration with universities/research institutes.
Provide support in continuous improvement of operation treatment through process optimization or with alternative treatment method.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to acquire a deep understanding of the waste sources.
Comply with the existing system and documentation as per the procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping in the laboratory and be responsible for the safety and environmental compliance of the new processes.
