Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Chief Counsel for our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on marketing strategies, and managing legal risks. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate business objectives while protecting the company’s interests.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, exceptional negotiation skills, and experience in the sales and marketing sector. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership are required.
