Job Description
- Possess a GCE A Levels / GCE O Level
- No Exp Welcome – Training Provided
- Able to commit for 3 months
- Contract Period: End Aug – End Nov
Responsibilities:
- Assist to investigate applications received for Claims and authorize refund before the collection date
- Investigate cases pertaining to refund matters
- Inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
- Investigate refund disagreements raised by customers
- Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE A Levels
- Possess a GCE O Levels with at least a B4 for Maths
- Possess refund / claims / accounting experience is advantageous
- Prior experience in a number-sensitive role is welcome
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
Other Information:
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Office Hours
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $2200/month
