Job Description
- Salary Range: Up to $1800
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Responsible for indexing and verifying records accurately.
- Complete daily tasks, including closing daily transactions.
- Submit daily reports to the client and prepare report content.
- Prepare purging report with RMA IT for submission.
- Maintain accurate records, quality assurance, and document tracking.
- Transcribe records and perform BCP with the team.
- Verify data of application details or appeal assessment.
- Provide assessment and recommendation on appeals.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in data entry
