Job Description
Reliance Manpower Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing the general cleaning processes, including dishwashing and plate collection. You will develop positive relationships with clients, attend meetings to gather feedback, and ensure all work assignments are completed effectively. Regular on-the-job training will be conducted to ensure operational protocols are followed.
The ideal candidate must have a solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals and be able to train staff in machinery operation. Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts, is required.
