Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations for existing clients.
- Develop expertise in Anti Money Laundering/Customer Identification due diligence.
- Engage with clients and internal teams for onboarding information.
- Maintain professional communication standards and client service excellence.
- Escalate relationship issues and propose solutions promptly.
- Meet committed timelines and participate in business meetings.
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year client onboarding experience.
- Good understanding of local AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Detail-oriented, result-focused, and collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
