Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALPHA CHIROPRACTIC HEALTH PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Receptionist duties such as providing excellent customer service, assisting patients, answering phone calls, emails, and texts, and maintaining organized patient records.
- Clerical support including typing letters, scanning documents, and managing office supplies.
- Procurement and sales of clinical products, including inventory management and courier arrangements.
- Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, social media, and basic bookkeeping.
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards.
