Job Description
A clinic assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a healthcare facility. As a clinic assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting healthcare professionals.
Your excellent organizational and communication skills will be crucial in providing excellent patient care. You will greet patients, collect necessary information, and guide them through the registration process. Additionally, you may be required to handle phone inquiries and assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
