Job Description
- Front desk and customer service duties
- Patient registration and key in appointment
- Answering phone calls and enquiries
- Maintain and update the database
- Process invoice and payment collection
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ of experience in healthcare or medical industry
