Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handles inbound calls/emails and assists with enquiries
- Making outbound calls to patients and clinics for operating theatre bookings
- Coordinates to enhance patient experience
- Assists in patient bookings and registrations
- Issues tax invoices for patients or clinics
- Handles filing and faxing for department coordination
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese patients and doctors
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days a week (Half day on Saturday)
