Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Registration and scheduling of appointments for patients
- Collect payments from patients
- Manage Patient Satisfaction Survey (PSS) targets
- Ensure cleanliness of the clinic, functionality of equipment, and update reading materials at the reception
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Enrolled nurses may be considered
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Willingness to work at various locations
