Job Description
ACORN GASTROENTEROLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Clinic Associate to provide excellent non-clinical patient care. Responsibilities include liaising with patients and their families regarding appointments, following up on diagnostic results, assisting with registrations and insurance inquiries, verifying patient information, and supporting medical claims processing.
The ideal candidate should be proactive to patients’ needs, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate effective teamwork. Exceptional customer service is essential for this role.
