Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: $3800-$4500

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Answer phone calls and patient queries
• Perform other administrative duties
• Assist nurses with some medical tasks, preparing procedure rooms

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Able to work extended irregular hours
• Pleasant disposition; able to handle patients confidently
