Job Responsibilities:

• First point of welcome, greeting, and being personable to patients
• Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Arrange specialist appointments
• Assist with new patient registrations
• Ensure timely doctor appointments
• Direct patient calls appropriately
• Attend to patients’ needs professionally
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Support front desk duties
• Handle billing and cashier duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma
• Healthcare experience advantageous
• Cheerful with good communication skills
• Multi-lingual abilities a plus
• Independent and team player
• Customer service background preferred
• Computer proficiency
