Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- First point of welcome, greeting, and being personable to patients
- Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Arrange specialist appointments
- Assist with new patient registrations
- Ensure timely doctor appointments
- Direct patient calls appropriately
- Attend to patients’ needs professionally
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Support front desk duties
- Handle billing and cashier duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma
- Healthcare experience advantageous
- Cheerful with good communication skills
- Multi-lingual abilities a plus
- Independent and team player
- Customer service background preferred
- Computer proficiency
