Job Description
Recruit Inc Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Clinic Receptionist to join our team. This role involves a 44-hour work week, from Monday to Friday, 11am to 9pm, and Saturday from 10am to 7pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist with patient inquiries and appointments.
- Handle cashiering and billing.
- Provide excellent customer service at the clinic counter.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- Preferred experience in a clinic or spa.
