Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist smooth running of clinic alongside existing staff
- Provide frontline customer service and attend to walk-in patients & phone queries
- Schedule appointments and patient registration
- Handle billing & insurance applications and claims
- Provide financial counselling to patients where needed
- Book referral appointments
- Arrange hospital admission, laboratory & imaging services
- Maintain inventory levels
- Perform general administrative duties
- Simple wound dressing changes for patients
ANY TASK AS ASSIGNED BY DOCTOR
Requirements:
- Experienced with Clinic work
- Fluent in English
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Accurate financial counselling and insurance management skills
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
