Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Supervisor to join our team. As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our club, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
- Training and developing team members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitoring club facilities and equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Handling member inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues
- Implementing and promoting club programs and initiatives
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication abilities. You must also possess a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
