Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Director of Human Resource. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resource functions of multiple branches within our company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall objectives
- Managing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent
- Providing guidance and support to branch HR managers in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain skilled employees
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
