Job Description
Working Location: Lok Yang Road, Sg
Industry: Precision Engineering Expertise
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Reading, interpreting, and executing various machining tasks using CNC Lathe Machines.
- Operating and setting up CNC Lathe machines proficiently.
- Suggesting new tooling designs and modifying existing tooling as required for enhanced performance.
- Creating and updating CNC programs to ensure optimal machine efficiency.
- Determining batch sizes, machine speeds, and other parameters to streamline production.
- Conducting troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance on all machines.
- Ensuring strict quality standards by meticulously inspecting products for compliance with specifications and discarding defects promptly.
- Upholding cleanliness and organization in the workspace, following 5S practices.
Requirements:
- Min of 3 years’ experience with CAD/CAM systems.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing micro precision parts using lathe operations.
- Familiar with G and M code
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $1,500.00 – $2,500.00 per month
