Job Description
Working Location: Lok Yang Road, Sg
Industry: Precision Engineering Expertise
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and perform machining tasks using CNC Turning Machines proficiently.
- Operate and set up CNC Turning machines for efficient functioning.
- Propose new tool designs and modify existing ones as needed for improved performance.
- Develop and update CNC programs to optimize machine operations.
- Determine batch sizes and machine speeds for effective production.
- Troubleshoot machines regularly and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect output to guarantee it meets specifications, promptly addressing any defects.
Requirements:
- Min of 3 years’ experience with CAD/CAM systems.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing micro precision parts using turning operations.
- Familiar with G and M code
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $1,500.00 – $2,500.00 per month
